Over the Moon was pure forbidden sports romance gold with all the Rosewood River charm I’ve come to crave. Clark Chadwick—Stanley Cup champion, hometown golden boy, and self-proclaimed reformed playboy—heads home to rehab after an injury. His new physical therapist? Eloise Gable, brilliant, gorgeous, stubborn as hell… and the coach’s daughter. 🫣 Cue the instant tension and enough smolder to melt the ice at the rink. Clark is goofy, flirty, and has the kind of big golden retriever energy that makes you want to ruffle his hair one second and shove him against a wall the next. Eloise is determined to keep things professional, but between the summer heat, the small-town closeness, and one spontaneous river dip, resisting Clark becomes impossible. The banter is sharp, the chemistry is hot, and the way Clark looks at Eloise? Forget it. Game over. And can we talk about the Chadwick family? The found family vibes here are elite. Between pickleball obsessions, outrageous convos, and girl gang moments, the side characters make this small town sing. This book had me swooning, laughing, and fanning myself all in one sitting. Pavlov gave me slow-burn sweetness, explosive spice, and characters I wanted to hang out with after the last page. If you love sports romance with heart, heat, and a little rule-breaking, Clark and Eloise will steal yours. 🩵

Teddy Hamilton and Charlotte North were perfection. Teddy made Clark so flirty, tender, and dirty in all the best ways. I could feel how gone he was for Eloise. Charlotte nailed Eloise’s mix of sass and vulnerability. The audio took the tension and made it ten times more electric. 10/10 recommend listening while reading for the full butterflies-and-blushes experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Once again, Laura Pavlov leaves me with a full heart and a huge smile. Over the Moon is the perfect small-town romance, following Clark Chadwick and Eloise Gable as they fall, hard and fast for each other. Clark, a hotshot hockey player recovering from an injury, is paired with Eloise, the team’s new physical therapist, fresh out of grad school. She’s reluctantly relocated to Rosewood River to help with his rehab, and while their start is a bit rocky, sparks quickly fly.

Clark, the youngest Chadwick sibling, has a big heart and a competitive streak. Hockey has always been his top priority until meeting Eloise. She’s everything he didn’t know he was missing, and his family falls for her just as quickly, but starting a relationship isn’t easy. Eloise is not only new to the job, but she is also the coach’s daughter, making things even more complicated.

Despite the risks, their connection grows deeper. Eloise, navigating a male-dominated field and the pressure being put on her by her direct boss, finds unexpected support and understanding in Clark. Their chemistry is undeniable, but it’s the way they love—fully, selflessly—that makes this story shine.

These two completely stole my heart. Clark is impossible not to love. He’s loyal, all-in, and deeply devoted. I adored how he listened to Eloise, supported her and put her first. The sacrifices they were wiling to make for each other felt real and powerful. The tension was perfect, the spice hit just right, and the banter, especially with the Chadwick crew was everything.

And let’s be real: more Beefcake? Yes, please. If you know, you know.

I can’t wait for the next book in this series! This is a beautiful love story with a perfect HEA. I walked away with a happy heart and can’t recommend enough. Five stars all the way!

Yall know this is a Laura stan account but this was sadly not itttt.

The intimate scenes were so cringy in this lmfao. Like ma'am, you can't have an fmc say she's never gotten off by a man, then proceed to have her get off in 4 seconds by dry humping. Wut? 🤔😂

THEN the river scene just sent me into orbit. That is not hot.. that is a UTI waiting to happen, I fear.

This series might just not be it for me, but thats okay! We're gonna keep throwing spaghetti at the wall until something sticks, baby. In Laura we trust.🫡
