I love Lexi and Will’s dynamic! This was super cute. Real dating, but fake engaged situation! I thought this was a unique spin on the typical fake dating. I like how the book had some depth exploring things like class differences. Honestly, Lexi and Will’s relationship was just super sweet and wholesome! I love having them get to know each other! It was beautiful to watch Lexi‘s mom through the story too!

This is a feel good insta love romance but with a beautiful depiction of how grief of losing your person can affect one's life and some relatability with the navigation through that grief and life which I just loved loved and loved!
I loved this book! I always look forward to Sophie Sullivan’s newest releases, and this one did not disappoint. It features the fake dating trope—one of my absolute favorites—and it’s done so well here! The story is a closed-door romance, which adds a sweet, refreshing touch. With alternating POVs, you get to dive deep into both characters’ perspectives, which makes the story even more engaging.
The characters are wonderful and easy to root for, and the storyline is as charming as it is captivating. It hooks you from the very first page and leaves you wanting more. If you’re in the mood for a heartfelt romance, I highly recommend picking this one up!
