I Can't Help Falling in Love was a cute romance to start the -BER months off with. This book takes place in the Pacific Northwest during the fall which added to the vibes.
I enjoyed this book, it was cute and touched on some harder topics at the same time.
Lexi is the FMC trying to juggle so many things while feeling like her life isn't where it should be. Will is the MMC who's the CFO of a family-owned business who's not ready to settle down. When Lexi and Will's paths cross, one lie spirals into not only fake dating, but a fake engagement.
There is a small third-act breakup (which I hate those) and I didn't like the reason for it, but it was a cute read overall.

The beginning and middle are great but the end let’s the rest of it down. It felt rushed. Also engaged after 6 weeks is wild.
This book was amazing. I haven’t seen anyone talk about this book on social media and I saw it at my local library. I laughed, I cried, I was shocked at some parts. There’s only a few kissing scenes throughout the book.
I love Lexi’s character and she was relatable to me so I connected with her character really well. I loved how they met in her workplace and their romance continued on from there throughout the entire book. I did cry twice but one was happy tears. I loved the relationship growth of Lexi and Will. Lexi does have trust issues but she was able to learn and grow to be happy.
Wills mother wants to control who he marries and he doesn’t want that, but her mother grows as a character in the end and I loved that.
