A short story about Alessando Tarabotti, Alexia's father, and his adventures in Egypt with his valet Floote. If you're ever wondered about the illusive Alessandro, this short story is for you.

It's such a ridiculous story and I loved every bit of it (even though it was incredibly short).

I definitely want to read more about Alessandro Tarabotti now. And I loved reading more about Floote. Both are a delight. I wish there was a whole book!

I would definitely give this more stars if it was longer but it was very enjoyable!

Fun Quicky

It was fun. It was quick. Too quick, perhaps. Now I have so many more questions. Darn you Gail

This is a really fun installment of one of Alessandro Tarabotti's adventures. It is so interesting to finally meet the man we heard so much about and read about his character.
I guess it'll be fun for all the fans of the Parasol Protectorate series. And I hope there will be more.

Prequel e-book to the series is fair but pretty forgettable. The author seemed more interested in her use of language and fine word crafting than developing a story/
