I had the best time ever reading this book. Molly Harper is always good for a laugh and some paranormal hijinx.

Listened to on Audible. I really like the female characters that are central to this story and their unlikely but believable friendship. However, I did not care for the romance - it felt forced and poorly developed. The one love scene felt like it was thrown in there just to attract readers who enjoy a steamy scene and frankly, I fast-forwarded through it after a couple of eye-rolling seconds.
I really like the world of magic and ghosts and I just wish we got to spend more time on that than the romance that was tepid at best.

"Witches Get Stuff Done" is a delightful and charming witchy tale perfect for fans of small-town magic, quirky characters, and slow-burn romance. Riley Everett is a newly minted witch learning to manage her powers, haunted Victorian house, and a moody ghost butler. The witty banter between Riley and the town's head librarian, Edison, adds a fun spark to the story, as they balance romance, mystery, and town history.
The audiobook brought the story to life with dual narration that captured the humor and tension perfectly. I loved the cozy world-building, quirky coven, and how Starfall Point felt like a living, breathing place. With a touch of mystery and magic, it’s an enjoyable read for anyone looking for a lighthearted witchy romance.
Overall Rating: 4 stars, .5 chili peppers

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Several funny moments and the whole story line was charming. I can't wait to start the second book to learn more about Shadow House.
I loved the premise of the story, loved all the characters we got to meet. But the plot was very rushed and not flushed out. This could have easily been a 5 star book if we didn’t race through the timeline so quickly. I’m still excited to listen to book 2 when it’s released and continue to love these characters (because they are so lovable!) I’m also very excited to get some answers to questions that were left unanswered in this book and see if my predictions hold up!
