From the beginning this story had me hooked! Delilah is the friends little sister who was the good child great grades great person the all round over achiever, that until she got a taste of Dante and it opened a huge can of worms !
From high school to college to Puerto Rico to the Mob this book has everything.
Shain knows how to write books ! Knows how to get you involved within the book to the point you are shouting at the book and feeling what the characters are feeling !
5 stars ! Cannot say a bad word about this book other than READ IT !!!!

the nickname “lamb” eww. delilah was an insufferable fmc throughout the whole book..normally i love the fmc shain writes but this one is my least favorite.
she made izzy job and her addiction all about her like wtf, just because yall are twins that don’t mean you can make her being a recovering addict all about you, she apologized for getting you thrown in jail for two days due to her job but her choosing that job wasn’t about you and you don’t get to decide if that’s the job for her

I’ll be honest I was going to return this one. I’m not the biggest fan of books where the female is so young and has her V card. I had put it down and then grabbed it back up because of the reviews and thought, maybe it’ll get better. The spice wasn’t bad at all and I’m all about mafia style books and the whole bad boy scene but the writing of this wasn’t that great. I skimmed a bit of it (I don’t like to DNF books if I can avoid) but i just felt like there was potential here and the author completely missed it. Quite a handful of spots within the book where I was confused scene wise how you went from point A to B with no words to back that up, if that makes sense. The spice for those parts of the book is why I’m giving it a 2 but booktok did me dirty on this one otherwise. I’ve read better books
Booktok has done it! This book was goooood. What a freaking emotional rollercoaster. I was 7 chapters in and already felt so broken. The pain, the passion, the anguish
I definitely enjoyed this one...

Hoodwinked by TikTok, didn’t hate it, didn’t love it, finished it. Other reviews were funny. Almost too many characters to keep track of, when the storyline was centered around two main people and a bunch of side characters.
