3.75 from me! This entire series is kind of predictable. I stumbled upon this book from the series that it is connected to (The Hardy Brothers). This book is
Dante can call me his lamb any day!!! That man could make any woman melt just by the way he talks! Lord have mercy on me because i need a shower after reading this book!
This is my first Shain Rose book, and I did not know what to expect. I enjoyed the dynamic between Dante and Delilah. Some of the scenes in this book were *phew*. A major complaint was the constant use of Dante's nickname for Delilah, but at least it made sense as to why he called her that.

What a book, congratulations Shain, perfect.
Delilah is a straight A student with the world at her feet. She has a deep attraction to her brothers best friend Dante, and when they share an intermit night together, everything changes.
A few years later she is living in Porto Rico, a nurse on a short term contract helping in the emergency department.
But when she spends some time with her sister and suddenly finds herself in a very distressing situation, Dante is there to help her. But she doesn’t want him, not after everything.
Now she has to struggle through her time in Porto Rico, ticking off her bucket list of Eat, Prey, Love.
This book is filled to the brim with jealousy and possessiveness, which I LOVE! I really enjoyed the dynamic between Dante and Delilah and I would definitely recommend you read their story.
I read Dom and Declan’s books first before this one, so I know who ends up with who. In those books I really liked Izzy, but in this one not so much. However, I’m sure it’ll change when I read her book.

DNF. I tried! I really Tried! I struggled through this one and finally just skimmed through the last 20% of the book. The author had some good intentions but I'm not sure if was rushed or lost steam. Felt like tried to include too many tropes that limited the story and characters. The part that killed the book overall for me was the female mc thought because of the loss she was worthless/they couldn't be together.
