Of the Discworld novels featuring Sam Vimes, this is probably my least favorite. While the character of Vimes is always enjoyable, the plot doesn't seem to really *start* until the book is halfway through, and then suddenly it's over. I was constantly wondering, "What is going ON here?" while reading, and it wasn't until the last 50 pages or so that I finally understood. But it wasn't like a well-written mystery that keeps you guessing; I think it was just poorly structured.

Me ha parecido un libro muy bueno.
Hacia tiempo que no leía a Terry Pratchett y la guardia es buen sitio para volver. Me resultan más ligeros e interesantes que los de las brujas por ejemplo.
Éste en concreto me ha resultado ameno con una historia entretenida. Centrado en Vimes y con reflexiones interesantes.
