Unpopular opinion time: The horse and his boy is my favorite book in the Narnia series. I loved the focus on other characters other than Peter, Lucy, Edmond, and Susan. I loved the setting.

how did i forget about this book? perhaps the most underrated in the series, i really enjoyed this reading experience.
A nice Narnia story, albeit the representations of a fictionalised Middle East felt a bit iffy. The pace picked up at the end and it became much more enjoyable!
