Powerful book.

One of the most powerful books I have ever read.

I was introduced to this incredible individual on the TTFA podcast, and ugly cried in my car. I could have listened to Dr Egar speak for years. This book was just as lovely as I wanted it to be. I’ll be revisiting this book for years- so much to learn.

I am looking forward to discussing this book with my book group. I did not love it, but I am not sure why. It did give me lots to contemplate!

I think I expected bigger and better help for individuals reading this book. The majority of the story is about the author's horrendous experience during World War II in concentration camps. I do not want to make her experience less than it was, I just thought her experience was the back story and the front story would be help for people with tragedy in their lives.
