don’t be fooled, this book is sad :,) but still really good! i finished it in a DAY, which shows how good it was (because i never do that ha!)!

This was a fast read that I flew through in a day. Not life-changing or exceptional by any means, but it was fun and bittersweet at the same time. Definitely an upgrade from her debut novel Everything, Everything, which I didnt like much at all. Have to say though, I'm not a fan of the way the book handled her dad's infidelity or how they hid it from her sister. Still overall a good read.

i really liked this story, i thought it was cute. the ending was very surprising i wasn’t expecting that.

this is the book that rekindled my love for reading again so this’ll have a special place in my heart

This was a fun, cute read but after hearing so much about Nicola Yoon's books, I finished this book feeling very underwhelmed. The story felt slow then super rushed. The main plot - the visions - was pushed aside. The story would have benefitted if this plot was further explored. I did, however, enjoy the characters - although they did feel very one dimensional - and the ending was heartfelt. I believe that younger readers would enjoy this story a lot more. (Go figure, it's YA!) Hopefully, I will enjoy Nicola Yoon's other books more than this.
