It was quirky, it was fun. It was definitely a read for just something that makes you giggle. :)
I liked the powerful idea of simply declaring myself and my friends "queen" (although unnecessary because we already are) but I quickly tired of the negative commentary in regard to wanna-be queens, and men in general... Even though it was clearly tongue in cheek. If I have to be a mean girl to be queen, I'll pass.
If you need a good laugh, please read this one. Hilarious. Good southern humor. Light read!
I did not get into this book as much as other who recommended it did. It was cute, but not laugh out loud funny.
Cute! It was a humorous book that describes many of the Southern women I've met over the years.
