Lemon Starburst ROCK

This story was cute, heartwarming and hilarious. I loved Abel and Lou. I smiled so much while reading this my cheeks hurt a little.
Stayed up until the wee hours reading and it was worth it.

I liked the romance between Lou and Abel, but I did not like the 3rd act break up.

It's the first time I'm reading any book by this author. And I have to say, I didn't expect to like it this much but I did!
It was a really good read although there were a few parts that got repetitive and I didn't really like the break up scene. But everything else was good.
I loved how the story is very realistic and cute!

Pick this up if you're looking for a light and cute college romcom with sports in the background.

Abel and Lou

This book had me laughing at their banter all the time. And the inner monologue of Lou 👌🏼👌🏼

Lou’s landlord is upping her rent and to able to afford her apartment, she needs someone to split the payments with. She only had 3 rules they need to follow and they are quite simple: 1 no smoking 2 don’t be a jerk and 3 clean up after yourself. That was all included in an ad in the university newspaper. Abel, a football player, responds to her ad. She adds another rule when they decide to give it a trial run, no falling for her.

I really enjoyed reading Desperately Seeking Roommate, it was awkward, it was tense, it was laugh out loud funny. I think this book is the quickest I have read a book in a long time I just didn’t want to put it down.
Lou is a character I can identify with and I am so pleased to read that the main character is a larger size, rather than a stick thin girl. I liked Lou’s personality, she was funny, she didn’t care about her size or what people thought of her and she loved food.
Swapping points of view between Lou and Abel this book is all about Fate.
I have not read any of Micalea Smeltzer books before now, but I will definitely be reading more. I absolutely loved it.

this was a cute, short read !! some of it gave me secondhand embarrassment but i should’ve expected that. abel was so sweet and kind and i too would’ve fallen in love with him, lou was honestly pretty crazy but she was cute, and miranda and tanner were awesome. this kept me entertained so i’m glad i read it :)
