♥Blake and Mercer ♥
Genre: M/M Romance
Format: E-Book (Kindle Unlimited)
Another great read from Nordika Night. Blake and his little demon ♥ I loved the dynamic between Blake and Mercer. Nordika's mental health rep in her books is also spot on. The characters go through real struggles but it isn't glamorized or used in a negative way. I love her rep of panic attacks & anxiety throughout the book. I could relate to Mercer in that way. The spice was so good. When Mercer and Blake get together it is fire. The pet names and dirty talk from Blake sooooo steamy. I loved this book so much, no buts.

This was dark, sweet, emotional and sometimes funny. This type of spice is not my favourite, but Blake was so sweet and supportive it was well balanced in the end
Not my jam. Not feeling the bratty twink and overly macho mafia man.

I wasn't sure what I was getting into with this book... I didn't really read the synopsis (and I wasn't a huge fan of Garron Park), so I just kind of held my breath and cracked that spine.
I'm glad I did. This is a nice little dark comedy with truly some of the best spice I've read in a while. It's all very emotional and serves a purpose it's often difficult to serve in dark comedic romances (or at all). There's a lot of psychological exploration that matters during the spicy time while it also informs our characters' development throughout the book. This type of emotional/psychological connection during is sorely missing from this genre (romance), and was a welcome sight in Little Demon.
Overall, the characters are all fleshed out and interesting--and I think there is definite potential for additional books if Night ever wants to turn this into a series because the side characters are all intriguing and worth a deeper dive. I also liked the little mystery we're solving throughout the story.
Read it, demon. Thank me later.

Blake and Mercer have the best, brattiest and sexiest relationship. The teasing, flirting and playing was very fun between them. The story felt a bit drawn out. The spice level is perfect! I loved how Ben/Mercer grew as a person.
