So sweet. I think Ms. Sunday nailed it with the right mix of humor and emotion. I love neighborly love. It's something you don't find too often anymore.

anyta sunday is my favorite newly discovered author of 2017 and EVERYONE should give her books a try.
the good
This book was such an enjoyable and sweet read. The story revolves around Percy, who comes back home to sort through his newly inherited house after his aunt passes away. While home, he reengages in his playful "enemies" relationships with his neighbor Cal who is home taking care of his family after his father left.
The banter and the heart in this book is so characteristic of Sunday and especially of this series. When I pick up these books I know I won't be able to put them down. The characterization is always superb, and I love the little details that she adds to each character to make them unique (ex: Cal & his dinosaurs).
Additionally, her portrayal of LGBT+ relationships is SPOT ON. Sunday doesn't fall into the far too often stereotyped "prescribed" gay roles (top/bottom... can't we have both???) AND she focuses on actual issues that young gay men face.
the bad
There wasn't much that I didn't like about this book but I did have a few minor issues. The first was that I wish that some of the more emotional background components of the book had been resolved. We get a lot of interesting info about Percy's (frankly sad) early life and I would have liked to see him come to terms with some of that especially as it relates to his aunt's death. The second issue I had was with the general premise/description of the book. This wasn't a true enemies to lovers story in my opinion and I felt a little mislead. The enemies component was mostly just the aforementioned banter.
That being said, this was a great addition to the Signs of Love series.
I received this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review

i don't personally pay much attention to star-signs/horoscopes/etc in general, but i really like the dynamics they apply to these books

Ultimate UST
Soooo much UST! This is another sweet story with charming characters. I really liked the supporting cast and the attraction Percy and Cal have.
