Let’s just say I went into this blindly and I don’t know what I was really expecting but that wasn’t it. I was thinking it was more of a contemporary romance of an American couple with some marital problems and going to with their stuff out and live happily ever after, all hallmark ish. But no no it wasn’t that at all and I really enjoyed the thrilling ride this took me on. I can say I was not expecting that. Lies, deceit and murder.

I really liked both POV and was intrigued the whole time of how this thriller was going to end! The final cliffhanger was wild and unexpected!

The Arrangement by Kiersten Modglin is a #psychologicalthriller about a wife, Ainsley, who tries to save her marriage by allowing herself and husband to date other people. There are rules in place about not discussing their dates, but when Ainsley runs into trouble, they both break them in order to protect themselves from outsiders and the consequences of their actions. Will the danger of their predicament tear them apart or provide the fix that Ainsley intended? In my opinion…I can’t give much detail without exposing the plot, but don’t let the vague summary fool you. This is an interesting #mystery with quite a few unpredictable twists. The characters are not as deep as I’d like, but the author has to be vague so that the twists are more surprising. The plot moves a good pace, and the action is engaging. I can’t say that this one is on the level of the 4MK series because the writing is more simplistic and doesn’t have the depth, but it’s not bad and worth the read. I give it 3.5 stars out of 5. #bookstagram #bookstagrammer #booksbooksbooks #book #books #booklover #booknerdforlife #bookrecommendations #bookrecs #bookrec #bookreview #bookaddict #read #readmorebooks #readmore #reading #readingtime

I feel like I was hit with a new twist every chapter

So here's the thing. This book is crazygonuts with probably three too many plot twists. But was I entertained? Yes. Am I glad it's short? Also yes.
