What the damn hell! The last 20% of this book was wild. If you are looking for a book with twists, pick this one. They happen mostly at the end, but dang. My jaw was on the floor. 😱 Will be reading the next two characters really had me fooled.

This story was amazing. The best I have ever read in a while. I had to jump straight into The amendment.

too much all at once at the end. peter is the serial rapist who killed the cops wife, ainsley set her husband up to kill the cop and kept the bat i suppose (she says she dumped it but i guess not), and ainsley knows that peter is the serial rapist
Reminiscent of You and Verity. I never expected the plot to go where it did, and it kept me wanting to read. But the very end did make me feel a little weird.
