this book was just SO addicting. i picked it up this morning, and read the entire thing in one day. i cant even begin to start with how beautifully the book was written, the words are so captivating. i am truly hurt that gat and cady don’t end up together, but it was such a shock to finally see that mirren, johnny, and gat all died in the fire. it was just so surprising and i think that it couldn’t have been a better twist. it was just a genius plot, and it was executed in such a beautiful way that i’m still left wanting more, even after the book has ended. overall, this book is definitely in my top ten books, and i’ve read many books over my short lifetime. just so emotional and amazing.

I saw the twist coming. I wasn’t a fan of the writing style. It was kinda meh to me.
