FIVE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Words won’t give this justice. I LOVED THIS BOOK. I was so meticulous about analyzing the story as it went on, and my goodness I couldn’t stop eating it up. The way details of the story were introduced was PERFECT to implant little seeds of doubt into the readers, leaving them wondering, how will this all end?

I will definitely need to read again.

Edge of my seat the entire story. Okay well at least after page 20. Very nice set of twists and turns in the plot.

Dit is ons verhaal is op zich geen thriller in de zin van een moord meer of minder, het is de zoektocht naar een dader. En dan geen speld in de hooiberg, maar één van de overgebleven vier River Point Boys. Spannend is het zeker, omdat de dader anticipeert op elk stapje vooruit van hoofdpersoon Kate. Zijn aanpak blijkt niet te werken, in plaats van dat onwetendheid van de ware toedracht de vrienden bij elkaar houdt, trekt het hen langzaam maar zeker uit elkaar. De ontknoping is niet wereldschokkend, maar verrassend genoeg en bovendien kloppend.

De schrijfstijl van Ashley Elston is zodanig meeslepend dat het onmogelijk is om dit boek even weg te leggen. Brokjes informatie, een fantastische plottwist en talloze verdachtmakingen maken van Dit is ons verhaal een echte pageturner.
