Fantastic read, very thorough. It's mind blowing that after all of this, Donald Trump - a man who has proven he is not fit for office - was still reelected. Cheney speaks to the criminal evidence and testimony from top white house officials in the days leading up to and around January 6th, 2021. Highly recommend anyone read this

This book presents the facts as Liz experienced them on January 6, 2020 - the turmoil, fear, violence and the heinousness of the behaviors are all spelled out. Liz Cheney is an educated, articulate Congress woman who sought to prevent our country from becoming a dictatorship. There is much to unpack in this book but anyone questioning the validity of what happened that day, reading this account will enable you to see the reality of where we were and potentially where we are headed.
