It was nice to hear a different POV from another character in the Wonder series. I liked to see Julian’s arc from bully to remorseful boy. Loved the part about his grandmother. Excited to go see Wonder soon with friends.
This was such a great addition! It’s so interesting to read the story from the POV from the bully. I loved the story from his grandma, I can’t wait to read ‘white bird’!
Really enjoyed hearing Julian's side of the story! Was iffy about this book at the beginning, but part 2 turned it around for me!
I really enjoyed the Julian Chapter. It was a nice companion to Wonder and gave some good insight to Julian and resolution to his character. Both Julian and his parents were portrayed very realistically. It also clears up some of the unresolved plot points from Wonder. I loved Julian's grandmother's story. Sometimes what you need in life is a little perspective. That's clearly what Julian needed.

Questo libro è veramente molto carino però non aggiunge nulla alla storia principale. Ha il solo scopo di spiegarci chi è meglio Julian e cosa si celava nel suo comportamento da bullo.
Leggendolo insegna al lettore come alcuni comportamenti incomprensibili in realtà, molto spesso, siano frutto di motivi ben precisi che ci portano a fare delle scelte sbagliate.
L'importante sta nel capire che fare l'errore è normale e non ci rende necessariamente delle brutte persone ma è pur vero che nel momento in cui lo compi devi cercare di capirne il motivo, ammettere di aver sbagliato e cercare di non rifarlo più per essere delle persone migliori, come ci insegna la nonna di Julian.
Toccante la storia della nonna di Julian e la capacità di quest'ultimo di trarne un'insegnamento da quest’ultima.

While reading Wonder, I continued to ask myself about Julian and why he continued to be a bully. Thanks to another wonderful story, I now know. This story tells the Wonder story from Julian's point of view and really helps you understand where he comes from!

I NOW HAVE ALL THE FEELS!!! I never thought I would love Julian, but I do now. I loved the continuation of the story.
I want an entire book dedicated to Grandmere and Tortue. I know that we already know the story, but there's got to be more to it, and it would make such a great stand-alone novel.
