I’ll say 3.5. I loved the setting and the chemistry between the main characters. But the side characters weren’t fleshed out enough I felt like to really believe that the main characters were that close to any of them. Also wtf happened to Taylor..? I feel like that was useless to include her at all. It all resolved super fast after 12 years apart and some major self sabotage but what do you expect from a romance novel. Also there wasn’t much to Percy other than her love for Sam…like I kept forgetting that she was a writer. So I guess the main characters could have had a little more depth too but I still liked it
