I wasn't sure what to expect from this short story, as its one I really hadn't heard anything about. I was very excited when I saw that the main character was going to be a middle aged mother. And especially after reading the post script, I think it delivered everything it was supposed too! I couldn't put it down, the world was interesting, the pacing was excellent, and you were fully immersed in the world. I loved the characters and found everything incredibly well done, especially for a short story!
