Obviously, the allegory for authoritarianism is very well done. Although this was written 80 years ago, it is just as applicable today.
But even the "tongue in cheek" portrayal of animals as slaves that should revolt, is very true. Their conditions are horrendous. Unfortunately, unlike the book, they can't rise up. They are powerless to stop what's done to them.
I give this a 5 stars, because it's quite short, and the messages are very important. I think everyone should read it, and I would read it again.
