This is one of the best billionaire romance reads. The banter is top tier. The broody man is on point. The sexual tension is palpable. The miscommunications are HUGE, so the fights are over the top, but the making up is worth it all. I love it!

So both of these characters were equally frustrating at times. This book gave me some serious laughs however ie Chapter 19. Definitely worth a read.

I used to have a fear of DNF’ing….then I met Emily and James.
This book made no sense. She's a reporter when you write a bunch of fake stories, you really think NO ONE would notice? Especially if you write a million of them?? You would think all these fucking people would have better fucking knowledge of what the fuck is happening in the world, I wanted to scream at how unbelievable this book is. The romance was meh as fuck, the main couple sucked, Jay/Jim/Jameson is a huge gaslighting asshole, if a guy did one of the shitty things he did in this book to me I would break up with him and block him out of my life. She's meant to be a career woman, but had like 2 opinions on her job and then did nothing. I just. Arg. So stupid.
