This book is very well-researched, very well written and very readable. There's 18 chapters, each a different topic and very inclusive. It covers grey-area sex, the bad sexual experiences that we don't think 'count' as assault, it covers consent and how BIPOC, trans and non binary people are disproportionately affected. How men need to help enact change and how we as women must help to shift the cultural narrative of consent, porn, and how women are portrayed in the media. This book includes stories from over 50 women and non-binary people, telling us their stories. All of them sad and sometimes uncomfortable to read, but all of them a stark reminder of how far we need to go to change this world in order to make women and marginalised genders feel safe.
A brilliant book, I highly suggest that everyone read it (especially men who want to learn more!)
