my main compliment about this book is the author using “big d*ck” energy in the wrong context multiple times. also, madison kate is literally being violently stalked by a man who killed her mother and it’s like she could give two shits???? she literally just goes on about her life like she isn’t being stalked by a crazy murderer and that she also has almost been murdered? she should have ptsd or show in some way that this is effecting her but she really doesn’t . and the effort her and the boys put into finding her stalker and the person who tried killing her is laughable.
dark mysterious tense fast-paced
Plot or Character Driven: A mix
Strong character development: Complicated
Loveable characters: Complicated
Diverse cast of characters: No
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

There is something addicting about this series. Is it good? Can’t decide. But I want to know what happens.
The college thing continues to throw me off… but the I hope we learn more in the next book

3.5 stars. I'm really on the fence with this one. I feel like we really didn't learn anything new until the very end of the book. I felt like this book followed a similar layout to the first one (i hate you guys, spicy times, stalker is taunting them, something happens where she gets hurt, ends up in hospital for a few days, and then a cliffhanger) Really hoping we get some answers and some sort of switch up in the plot for the next book. Though I will say that Archer was like 5% less of a douche in this one so points there. I fucking love Kody and Steele and need Archer to get to that level as well. Also, can we talk about the freaking bombshell that was dropped at the end? That's definitely going to have me picking up the next book because WHAT.

DO NOT READ THIS BOOK UNLESS YOU HAVE READ KATE! I REPEAT DO NOT READ THIS BOOK! IT’S NUMBER TWO AND YOU WILL BE SO LOST IF YOU START HERE!

"You motherfucker," he exclaimed. "Seriously? Fuck! I knew I recognized those moans." Steele just laughed. "I don't know what you're talking about, bro." "Sure you fucking don't," Kody grumbled. "I hate you so much right now. Prick."

What the FucK! Why? Why would you do this to me Tate! Are you trying to kill me? Seriously! I’m on the edge of my seat riding along with these four. Damn Archer all to hell! It’s those damn looks! I swear it is.

Does anyone else want Cass as much as I do? I love his gruffness! I can’t stand Zane, he’s so slimy.

These books are making me wish I record videos for reviews because I swear my words just are not enough! Maybe I should start doing that? Youtube anyone?

If you enjoy RH Bully Romance you need to pick this one up today. You won’t regret it!1111111

This series literally has a chock hold on me. I’m addicted and can’t stop.

*Sigh* I basically hated book one. Or I hated everyone in it anyhow. I was actually curious about who the stalker would turn out to be. And just toward the end, there was enough thawing in some of the men to make me imagine things might improve here in book two. So, I let myself be tempted into reading it. I hated everyone less in this book, admittedly, but not by much. I guess the 'twist' about halfway through the last book. So, no surprise there.

Now, I'm left trying to decide if I make the same mistake for book three in the hopes that I might finally get a little payoff for time already spent. I know, intellectually, that this is just the Sunk Cost Fallacy, but man, I so want to believe that if I just finish it off, I'll at least like the end (once all the BS is finally done).
