1. de relatie tussen clare en henry. ze zijn zo lief voor elkaar. ze begrijpen elkaar zo goed. het is hartverwarmend om te lezen
2. de manier waarop alle tijdloops zo naadloos op elkaar aansluiten. het is heel satisfying, want alles wat in het begin een beetje een gekke gebeurtenis lijkt te zijn, daar wordt elke keer een antwoord op gegeven doordat er weer een oudere versie van henry naar dat ene moment had gereisd
dit boek staat al zo lang op mijn lijst om te lezen en ik ben heel blij dat ik hem eindelijk heb kunnen lezen. een perfect boek voor op vakantie :)

I’ve seen the movie but I was curious if the book would be less creepy. Nope. The relationship is so creepy. Get away from that 13 year old girl. Not cute, not romantic.
I got this at a backpacker's bookshop in Thailand thinking it was another beach read. However, it had much more depth and sophistication. I was really engaged right to the end (and sad) - the progression was quite smart.
I really enjoyed this novel. It is different than any other novel that I've read because it spans across an entire life, not just one part of someone's story. The beginning was hard to get through, but then I flew through it. I was not a huge fan of all of the sex in it, but that's just cause I don't like reading about that stuff. I recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing love story that survives through the challenges of time!
