Sleepy Hollow is filled with myths and stories, the town almost survives on it. One teen girl Abby, has her best friend die and her life is thrown into nightmares and fantasies ? Or are they real, sometimes it is hard to tell. is this a ghost story of or the story of a damaged young girl ? She meets people at the local graveyard, but only she can see them, one she grows to love. So much teen drama for this girl.
A detailed story, sometimes too detailed with the everyday steps of life, what on the table, what clothes on on, homework...tended to drag on a bit too long for my taste. I wanted the author to get to the point, who is it at the graveyard and what are they. Well, finally at the end, you get a touch of the information, just a touch. This book was a pure tease. I have to read the next one out of frustration. The story was really good, I wanted more of it and less of her daily drama.

Loved this book so much. Could not put it down. It pulled me in from start to finish and tugged on my heartstrings. Love, loss, death, friendship, not knowing what is real. And what can truly be possible. Can't wait to get the second one.

This book series is one of my favourites!! I’m a big reader and read quite a lot, but this is my go to book if I’m ever in a low mood. It’s sort of my comfort In a way. The real journeys of the main characters mixed with the fantasy aspect is brilliant!

This was one of the most boring books I've ever read.
Seriously 507 pages of nothing? No wonder I don't read
giant ass books.

I thought the story was good, loved the beginning, then it fell apart.
It took almost 300 pages to get to the good stuff and even that was kind of
predictable. I loved the use of "The legend of sleepy hollow" but this book
was a big bore for me. The romance was okay, but the story just shot the romance
in the ass. I wouldn't recommend it if you love FAST PACED books, this will
just piss you off. I'm not trying to bash it because it still was a decent story
but the book just flopped. Big time.

Review is also featured on my blog: The Book Brats

I don't know were this book would land on my rating scale. I liked it but I didn't like it. On good reads I rated it two stars but two stars on here mean: "Ehhh. I have read better and this didn't really keep me occupied."

The book was well written and had a lot of potential but the only fantasy aspect was in the last 15 pages of the book! So I read about 498 pages of the novel were her dedicated to her obsessing over Caspian.

In the beginning when she is falling into a depression after her best friend, Kristin's, death I felt bad for her. I don't know what if I would do if I lost a good friend. But she survived. With some help.

I am going to keep this review short cause I don't have much to say for the book. I am going to read the sequel but I really hope it is moves faster.
