Absolutely adorable and slyly subversive. Suitable for a child to read and enjoy, but I think grown-ups would like it more. I bought a copy for my sister and her wife when they got married. I already had a copy of my own that a friend bought for me when she bought one of her own. The illustrations are wonderful and the embodiment of the Stink Bug is a perfect match. Best of all, it benefited a good cause.
In the interest of full disclosure, I picked this book because it was short. And some of the books I read this year didn't have GoodReads entries. I wanted to officially meet my goal for this year. And so, seeing that John Oliver was associated with it, I borrowed this book from the library. I am so glad I did. It is a treasure!
It was so sweet and precious! I loved every little page of it. I cannot wait to have a happy ending like the [S P O I L E R A L E R T] [S P O I L E R A L E R T] [S P O I L E R A L E R T] [S P O I L E R A L E R T] [S P O I L E R A L E R T] animals who get to decide who is in charge. [S P O I L E R A L E R T] [S P O I L E R A L E R T] [S P O I L E R A L E R T] 10/10, would read again. Also, the bunnies are cute. I love bunnies.

The representation of various sexualities in Twiss's children's book is what makes it truly wonderful. The drawings are adorable, so full of expression, but it's that funds from this book go to a good cause that make it remarkable.
I read this book in about five minutes, but it’s super cute! I also love John Oliver and The Trevor Project does so much good work, and this book is just amazing (and hilarious) all around. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to buy the book for various reasons, but 10/10 would recommend.
