The twists of this book are phenomenal. I can't wait to reread the final book again. I really love this series so much.

This entire series was beautiful! The characters were amazing, the story madness and the triplet tradition and the powers brilliant. Recommend to everyone!

“Hope is for fools . . . Not long ago I hoped for everything, and look what has become of me, and those I loved.”
ok so this book was honestly going to be a 2.5 star book, but the last 50 pages redeemed it for me. idk what happened but this book was so fricken boring. up until this point the series felt very character-driven. like yea there was some plot, but we were very focused on the relationships in the book. if you've read this, you know that something happens at the end of the second book, and it really pivots the storyline. in this book, the plot, in theory, was clever but i felt dragged out and we stopped learning things about the characters. certain people aren't in the same spot anymore and one of my favorite characters makes some questionable decisions.. (*cough cough* jules). i will say that it is nice to have someone to rant to that feels the same way so it does make for a great buddy read (evie <3)
