This is hilarious right from the start, before the book even begins. It is snarky, subtly witty, and just random enough to still have class. I enjoyed how the author incorporated the title of the book as a guide book that the characters themselves would reading within the book we would read. Unfortunately this is one of those books that begins much better than it ends, as if the author ran out of steam by the end. It ends for the sequel to continue it, and by the end, I wasn't quite sure what the point of the book was. This was a shame for an otherwise brilliant book.

This book was ok. But barely. I found myself so completely and utterly confused for most of it. I didn't find much of it to be as funny as others had made it out to be (there were still some funny parts).
Some of the book made sense to me, but overall, I felt like I had to slog through it. I wish I had enjoyed it more, as many people love this book, but it just definitely was not for me.

Uniquely entertaining. I had seen the movie before and enjoyed that so I figured I ought to read the book. For hour different the two are, I didn't mind one bit. It definitely gave me a new experience. I think I'll continue reading the series.
