This was a book that I wanted to love, but just didn't feel the passion for like I have other books. Towards the end, I found myself wanting it just to be over. Maybe it was the length of the book that was too much for me.

I loved the world building and unique magic system. The book did feel a little long and I was not a fan of the constant back and forth POV characters
