I have just recently discovered 1001 Dark Nights novella and I admit that so far the stories I have read I have enjoyed and it gives me the chance to read stories by new to me authors.

I very much enjoyed 1001 Dark Nights Discovery Bundle Fourteen. All the stories made me want to read books by all these authors which I admit I have actually never read anything by them before.

I give this 5 out of 5.

1001 DARK NIGHTS: BUNDLE FOURTEEN is an anthology with 5 AWESOME novellas. Seriously, this a FANTASTIC collection if you enjoy reading about hot, alpha bad boys, competitors that become friends, MC romances or love stories that make you swoon! I've actually read and reviewed three of these previously but I'll give a very small review for each.

Rock Chick Reawakening: A Rock Chick Novella by Kristen Ashley
Kristen Ashley brought me right back into the Rock Chick and Hot Bunch world with this book. Daisy is loud, brash and wonderfully colorful and unique. I loved her southern style. Marcus can be stone cold scary but he's a sweetheart with Daisy and even though they seem to be totally wrong for each other, Marcus and Daisy are just perfect together!

Adoring Ink: A Montgomery Ink Novella by Carrie Ann Ryan
This is a sweet, easy read set in the Montgomery Ink world. Holly is a teacher and in need of some excitement in her life. Brody is her opposite but he's more than happy to show her some fun. And like two magnets, Holly and Brody are undeniably drawn to each other!

Sweet Rivalry by K. Bromberg
This is a short story about two old rivals who finally get to answer the question: Who will come out on top? Double entendre intended! Although they're technically rivals, Harper and Ryder are still sexy and sweet together. Their attraction is undeniable!

Shade's Lady: A Reapers MC Novella by Joanna Wylde
The plot has some interesting twists and turns, some angst, some heart wrenching moments and a heck of a lot SEXY. I didn't want Shade's and Mandy's story to ever end!

Fighting for Flight by JB Salsbury
I read this little gem MANY years ago, so it was nice to revisit it. Raven is a sassy but shy mechanic. Jonah is a bad boy fighter. Together, they'll find out what's REALLY important to fight for! It's got some intense drama and a serious case of insta-love!

Told from multiple POVs with happy endings. I received, read and voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Loving this series!

Bundle Fourteen starts with two heavy hitters--Kristen Ashley and Carrie Ann Ryan, offering novellas from two of their biggest series, Rock Chick and Montgomery Ink--both series I've been meaning to read for ages, an intention that's got some muscle behind it now that I've gotten an introduction!

Rock Chick Awakening is a prequel to Ashley's series, and OMG, what a read. Fans of the series will undoubtedly be squeeing and ahh-ing toward the end, but even for a newbie this one brought all the feels. Even though I've got very little in common with Daisy, the heroine, Ms. Ashley had me putting myself right in her flashy, these-might-break-my-ankles shoes right from the start.

Adoring Ink is Holly's story (Jake of [b:Ink Enduring|26129498|Ink Enduring (Montgomery Ink, #5)|Carrie Ann Ryan|https://images.gr-assets.com/books/1458218129s/26129498.jpg|46079465]'s ex--and wow, do I want to read his book too now) and it's a doozy! Elementary school teacher Holly has been looking to break out of her shell, and mechanic and bad boy (or is he?) Brody's just the guy to help her cross items off of her bucket list--as long as she can keep her heart out of it... (Yeah, I know--right? Not gonna happen... ;))

Sweet Rivalry is a fun second chance romance/rivals to lovers mashup by a new-to-me author that I'll definitely be reading more from in the future. Though it ended a bit abruptly (he's going to tell her what happened, yes?) it was a sweet, hot, and fun read.

Shade's Lady is the first book I've read in Joanna Wylde's Reaper's MC series, but it definitely won't be my last! I loved her writing, and Mandy's voice--both internal and external--made this one so much fun to read.

Fighting for Flight by JB Salsbury was, unfortunately, a DNF for me. I read about 40% before giving up--I just didn't find the characters or their situation believable.

Still, the strength of the other four stories more than makes up for the weakness of the final offering--whether these are new-to-you authors and series or you're already a fan, this is one collection that is definitely worth picking up!

Rating: 4 stars / A-

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Anyone who knows me knows how obsessed I am with the 1001 Dark Nights books. OBSESSED!! This world gives us pieces of series we’ve read by authors we love and offers an introduction to authors we haven’t tried before. What is there not to like? Every Dark Nights tale is breathtakingly sexy and magically romantic. They ain’t lying. With Bundle 14, I got the chance to read two books from series I’ve already sampled so this was a great treat.

The books included are:
1. Rock Chick Reawakening: A Rock Chick Novella by Kristen Ashley
I already read this one and my review can be found here: http://bit.ly/2i4BuLR

2. Adoring Ink: A Montgomery Ink Novella by Carrie Ann Ryan
Trust and believe that anything from this series is hot and lovely. This author never disappoints and is a fave of mine in the Dark Nights series

3. Sweet Rivalry by K. Bromberg
My review of this one can be found here: http://bit.ly/2lt3WJk

4. Shade’s Lady: A Reapers MC Novella by Joanna Wylde
I wasn’t the biggest fan of this series but I liked this one. Maybe it was because it made me laugh, or its sympathetic characters, or Shade’s over-the-top alpha ways, or Mandy’s refusal to buckle up for the ride, but I enjoyed myself with this one. It made me want to take another chance with the rest of the Reapers.

5. Fighting for Flight by JB Salsbury
I read this one before, back when I first fell in love again with the romance genre. But because I was still new to this world, I only 5 starred it without reviewing it. So, here goes:

Jonah was a prized MMA fighter, set to grab the championship. He’s not looking for any distractions. Having never been in a relationship, staying away from one is easy. Until it isn’t.

The best thing to ever happen to me shows up in coveralls and a pair of Chucks when I least expect it. I’ll do whatever it takes to keep her.

Raven never had things easy. Her mom never showed her affection, she’s never thought much of herself to even try to date someone, so she lives her days as an amazing mechanic. She’s steeped in loneliness and it was easy to see even if she couldn’t identify it. And her whole entire world changes the day she meets Jonah.

These two were impossible not to fall in love with. Their journey to finding love with each other was easy, however, the road to happily ever after would be far from it. Raven’s mother was a prostitute, her father was her pimp (one of the most infamous pimps in Vegas), and he has every intention of turning her into a profitable commodity. Will Jonah be able to save his girl and ride off into the sunset?

“This whole time I thought I was living. But the day I met you, the lights came on. You fill me with things I thought I’d never feel again.”

There’s a lot of swoony moments, the hero is a heartthrob, the heroine is so adorable it’s not funny, there’s some suspense, and the side characters, especially Blake, made this story refreshingly unique. I read the entire series and I’ll tell you this… it is one series not to be missed.
