Didn't lead up to my expectations, I've read all of Liane Moriartys' books except the newest one, and it was good but not the best by her. I'm a triplet, that may have had something to do with it. I'm not to sure but it was okay.

"Cat felt that sense of pleasure and pride that she always felt when she saw her sisters in public. 'Look at them!' she wanted to say to people. 'My sisters. Aren’t they great? Aren’t they annoying?'"
....................
"Hank didn’t know that Lyn had no right to feel anxious when everyone knew her life was so wonderful, while Cat’s was falling to pieces and Gemma couldn’t seem to make one."

I'm enjoying going through Liane Moriarty backlist audiobooks on the Libby app. Nine Perfect Strangers, Apples Never Fall, Truly Madly Guilty, The Husband's Secret and The Last Anniversary.
Three Wishes is the oldest backlist book I've read of hers, more than 20 years old now! It follows a set of triplets celebrating their 33rd birthdays and figuring out that even though everyone seems to ask/figure out that they're triplets because they look so alike, they each have very very different personalities, lives, love and love issues, pregnancy and infertility, other hardships.. and they are nothing alike.
I'm not going to go into detail because, I'll be honest, I forgot to write this review for over 3 weeks... Oops. So I cannot recall much anymore. But I remembered that this much older novel(as well as the other older novel i recently read, The Last Anniversary) fell short compared to her newer books and the narrator in these two, was not very good.
Anyway I'm still going to try to get through the rest of her backlist books on audio, however I need to wait for the Libby app to let me listen to them.

All her books are easy, enjoyable page turners...I'd say this one is 2nd best (Big Little Lies being #1).
