Short, concise, to the point, relevant feminist critique to everything that is wrong in our societies today. It criticises capitalism and neo-liberalism for providing profit and overall well-being to the 1% men and women while it dismantles the foundations on which these profits and well-being are made - the free labour of millions of (primarily) women. My only criticism would be that I wish there was more of what feminism should look like for the 99%, some feasible solutions that stem from equality and solidarity.

DID NOT FINISH: 80%

I just got reading slump :(

"Feminism for the 99% is a restless anti capitalist feminism. One that can never be satisfied with equivalences until we have equality, never satisfied with legal rights until we have justice and never satisfied with democracy until individual freedom is calibrated on the basis of freedom for all."

Cinzia Arruzza, Tithi Bhattacharya, Nancy Fraser

About to sound like a bad feminist but I wasn't into this. No new information. More of an "uh, duh" factor.
