Ugh. Content 3.5 stars, execution 1 star.

The good: solid information about running-specific training, foam rolling, static and dynamic stretching, etc.

The bad: Photos and descriptions of exercises are not clear. I could not, in good faith, recommend this to a novice lifter. Unless they had a companion book on lifting such as "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" by Lou Schuler.
Perhaps with the ubiquity of YouTube the author feels that it is appropriate to leave it to the reader to search for video of the exercises. First, I worry about proper form if one doesn't find a Tuber who knows what they are doing. Second, and this is totally a personal preference, I'd rather take the book with me to the gym than to wait for my old phone to load content while someone is waiting to use the equipment.

The ugly: Too many formatting errors. As a former copy editor, I understand that there will always be the stray error that doesn't get caught before publication. That said, I've seen manuscripts with fewer errors than this published book. For example, "Tip for all calf raises: To ensure the best workout, raise and lower your heels as high and as low as you can, training" Training what? I wish that was the only example. Sigh.
