Read this in about 4 hours after it was recommended to me by a guest speaker at university that is involved in Project Management. It uses a fictional story to demonstrate how teams work (or don't work as a team) and then switches to strategies to solve the five dysfunction.

It was an eye opening read that I have taken many notes from. Highly recommended when you need to work in a team.
