Fantastic book on how to get better results by focusing on improving how your team functions. Applicable to a wide array of organizations, personality types, leadership styles, and situations - I really enjoyed this book, as dorky as that makes me! It's not written as a great work of classical literature, but he gets his point across in a way that is so much more enjoyable (fable) than if he had just laid out the tenets of working well as a team...
