Read this book long ago. Describes the challenges and lays out a decent model, but I didn't think there was a need for the fictional stories. This is a business book. Just give me the information. I'll get stories from what I for leisure

The fable is so interesting. I can see it happening in our company too but the fact that it’s not scientifically backed or researched properly leaves a question mark in my head.

Best management/leadership book I've read.
First, great ideas that I have thought about nonstop since finishing the book. Ideas that I could immediately put to use.
Second, it avoids the classic business book trap of being overpadded and in outline form. Lencioni starts the book with a fictional story of an executive using the lessons from the book. At first I was skeptical ("he's just making this up, of course it fits his view!"), but the story resonated with me and honestly I'd rather read the story than the same points repeated ten times with sub-sub-bullets and acronyms.
Highly recommended to anyone who works in a team setting.
(Reread a month later for a book club at work, still really useful. Will probably read it again in 2017.)
