Thanks Netgalley for a free book to read and review.

Sadly this has been in my TBR pile since earlier this year, and that's a shame since it was really good. I enjoyed a few of the Marriage books this Author also put out and all these books are uniquely contemporary romance.

Kennedy is the female lead in this book, although she's stunningly gorgeous now, her high school "Fat" years still haunt her. What she went through in high school was horrible abuse from the other kids, and a lot of bullying. She watches everything she eats to find a happy medium between her mind and her weight. She is a matchmaker who owns a business with three of her friends, to help people find love. Which puzzles me because isn't it hard to find something when you've never experienced it?
Then comes NERD, or Ned/Nate for short. Aerospace engineer aka Rocket Scientist. I'm sure this author had a good time making up some of those pickup lines. Nate was endearing and openly honest which was so damn fun. The speed dating and mixers were never prepared for someone like Nate. Even the beauty makeover was hilarious.
Well sparks fly......

Scene from book between three women.....(Kate, Kennedy, and)
" Kennedy has a crisis. She slept with Nate Dunkle."
A coughing fit mixed with a gulp of surprise.
"The rocket scientist."
"Aerospace engineer," Kennedy corrected.
"Yes. Him."
"Once? Twice?"
"About fifteen times over last weekend."(Kennedy)
"Bitch," Kate murmured," you need a rest, not an intervention."

This story was cute, fun, and extremely romantic. Overall I gave it four stars. I would definitely read from this author again.

I really like this series, can't wait for the next! This one was perfectly paced, had a nerdy, but hunky hero, and it was steamy!

Searching for Perfect is heavy book. Fills with so many moral messages. The story deals with bully, body issue, family issues.

Nate is a wonderful guy. He is a nerd but he is a sexy nerd. Beneath all of his nerdiness, there is a alpha male waiting to be unleash. I enjoy reading his POV.
While Kennedy dealing with a lot of bullying and body image. She was harrased when she was teenager. It affects her so much.

Miss Probst done a good job writing their story. A lot of moral messages and healing power.
Overall a wonderful read.

This book was super cute over all but was a little slow to start.

This was cute. I didn't love it as much as the first one but I was entertained.

Matchmaking agency Kinnections is back at it again. This time with rocket scientist Nate Dunkle. Nate is pretty much a lost cause. Going off of his playboy brothers advice, Nate just does not understand why he keeps getting shut down. But he wants a relationship and eventually a wife, so he reluctantly joins Kinnections. The only trouble is he's falling for his matchmaker.

Kennedy loves her job as a matchmaker at Kinnections. But lately she's felt like something's missing. So when she sees Ned, she thinks he's a perfect mark for their services. But as she gets closer to him, she starts to wonder what being with him would be like. Only problem is, Kennedy doesn't believe she's a relationship girl. Issues from her past keep popping up and blocking her from happiness.

There were some cute and funny parts here. But for a very smart man, I could just not understand how Nate did not know how horrible and mean his pick up lines were. He just never matched up. He knew his brother was a playboy and didn't want to settle down, but then would wonder why his his horribly cheesy lines failed. The smarts were just lacking. And then Kennedy was frustrating as well. With her back and forth feelings and self loathing. It became a little tiring. Also, there seemed to be little blase references to eating disorders and I just wasn't about that. Kennedy had an issue with food that needed to still be addressed with professional help.

Overall, it served it's purpose as a filler romance but it wasn't amazing and I didn't really swoon at this one.

This book had me laughing from page one. Nate was absolutely "amazing." I think I may have liked Nate more than Kennedy. Nate is this brilliant aerospace engineer, but when it comes to people, he has absolutely no social skills. He doesn't says what's on his mind without sugarcoating it, which can be off-putting in the dating arena.

Kennedy had some major issues that I wasn't aware of from the previous book, so she hid it well. Whereas her friends, Gen and Arilyn, it is evident that they are going through something. Kennedy seemed so put together, I guess that's why I was surprised by her issues.

This was by far the funnier of the two books in the series. All the scenes of Nate's transformation from geek to chic, were a riot. I loved every minute of this book, of course except for Kennedy sabotaging her own happiness. This is a great series that pulls you in and you become attached to every single character. Even the supporting characters: Wolfe, Connor, Gen; I want to know more about them. Like Gen, she starts this series engaged, but something is amiss with that relationship. I'm excited to see how it plays out.

Definitely a series you should pick up if you are looking for a good laugh with your romance.

It started out strong but the sex scenes were a little too cheesy and typical. I didn't know it was the 2nd book of a series but I'm not really interested in reading any of the others.

I received a free copy through NetGalley however all opinions are my own. I didn't want to put this book down. Ned the nerdy aerospace engineer who spills everything on himself and just bluntly says what he is thinking crashes and burns at a speed dating event. The matchmaker Kennedy is furious but after sitting him down, realizes his heart is in the right place he is just socially awkward and in need of a makeover. Yes, the story has been told before, but it was told so well. Ned becomes Nate and his personality, humor, and blunders makes him endearing. The chemistry flies even with Kennedy being determined to match him with someone else. Look forward to reading the next book in the series.

Received from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Can Nate Ellison Raymond Dunkle come over to my house and play? Smart and sexy? Yes please. Pretty sure Jennifer Probst is going on my list of authors that can do no wrong/must read/one click. Every book of hers that I have had the pleasure of reading has been fun and good and never frustrating. These are all important things to me when it comes to a romance story. Plus girl can write a sex scene like nobody's business. Bring on more Verily, NY books!
