It wasn’t too long into this book that I remembered that I had read this several years ago. I enjoyed the reread.
I will admit that I am more of a Hercule Poirot fan. Miss Marple doesn’t even show up for a while in this book and when she does, at times it feels like she’s a side character. The characters,the mystery and the resolution of the whodunit are interesting but This is not one of my favourites . At times the story drags but It still gets four stars because Agatha Christie is an amazing writer. She is a detailed in her writings and her description of Bertram’s hotel makes the place come alive for the reader.

Enjoyed! It was pretty clear from the start who was involved in the crime even if precisely HOW they were involved was unclear. The story and characters were a lot of fun! The ending was quite dramatic and a little over the top.
