I just couldn't get into this book. I think the fact that Clinton's name is on it and he's in the news lately with all the talk of the Epstein files kept coming back to me as I was reading. I could hear his voice in the title character's voice and that made it hard for me to sympathise with and like that character. I found that I kept putting the book down after every chapter break and was struggling to want to pick it back up again. I even started a totally new book and the further I got into it, the less I wanted to read this. So glad that I got it at the library instead of buying it. It would've been a waste of money. Hooray for libraries!
I found it excruciatingly slow paced. I just couldn't listen anymore.

I’d actually probably give this 4.5 if I could - just by virtue of being an extremely enjoyable page-turner and by having a very plausible threat. It’s really fun to have a book you truly can’t put down.
