This book was so cute!! I love an accidental Vegas wedding trope, and this one had a seriously funny twist with it! I adore Lisa and her writing, and these Nash brothers just keep getting better and better!

Spencer Nash is Grace's sisters ex-fiancé and also an NFL player. Grace and her sister are in a battle to see who will take over their families vineyard. Whoever gets married first will get the vineyard. Grace has had a secret crush on Spencer since the moment they met so on a whim she goes to Spencer for a deal. They get married for a year. She gets the vineyard, and he gets revenge on her sister. But this fake marriage starts to feel very real very quickly.

Spencer and Grace were so adorable! All the things they had in common were so dang cute! I loved the Lego's! I loved all that they had to go through to be together. It just made the ending and Grace's realization so much better! Spence and Grace were a team, and they worked so well together and I loved how Spencer kept Grace in check. He never let her lose herself in the fight for the vineyard with her sister. This was such a fun, cute romance story, and I can't wait for Asher's story next!

Thank you, Lisa and Valentine PR, for this ARC!

This was a fun and engaging read with many laugh out loud moments, a slow burn romance with plenty of heat, and an interesting story line with twists and turns that kept me turning the pages.

I can honestly say this is one of my least favorite books I’ve ever read. The plot had an insane amount of promise and the set up had me believing it would be amazing! But boy, it didn’t hit for me.

The characters were absolutely evil and mean spirited. I understand that the sister is supposed to be the villain here but her actions were so over done that the girl should have ended up in jail.

The MMC was so exceptionally awful to the FMC (as was literally every character) that I was rooting for her to dump him and find love elsewhere. That man needed so much therapy to work through his crap and instead he just took it out on the FMC.

I was confused multiple times throughout the book due to characters actions and things feeling really discombobulated. There were lots of contradictory plot lines and devices.

Overall, this was a huge miss for me and is my first and last from this author.

This is the 2nd book in the Nash Brothers Series, but “The Coach” is also a part of the family…. So this is the 3rd Nash Brother story, and this is about Spencer and Grace.

I really enjoy this family’s story! Helps that I do enjoy football too, so it’s easy to get sucked into this universe. It can be read as a standalone, but it’s nice to know the other brothers stories. Any mentions of the brothers though don’t expect you to know their story to understand their relationship. Spencer is not located in Vegas like the others are, therefore we don’t see quite as much of them.

This story is a marriage of convenience with the sisters ex, so there’s naturally drama involved because the stakes of ownership of a Winery is also involved! Grace is the younger and often overlooked sister until she creates a plan with her sisters ex, Spencer. Spencer is a football player who was recently traded to another team, meaning they have to navigate a dramatic sister / ex, new team dynamic (that’s a flight and a drive away from the winery!), and a marriage of convenience all at the same time.

“If I could just figure out how to hold onto him longer than a year, I’d really have the dream.”

There’s some good little twists weaved into this story to keep you engaged and unable to put the book down. It was a fast read and can’t wait for the last brothers story in October!

THIS IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE SERIES FROM LISA SUZANNE !!! Gracie has always wanted to take over her families legacy of the family vineyard . But her grandmother has other plans for her future by adding in a stipulation that she must be married to inherit . Now Gracie finds herself on her way to Vegas with none other than Spencer “My Wife” Nash (who just so happens to be Gracie’s horrible older sister’s ex-fiancé) for what becomes a drunken Vegas wedding . Now the two of them must navigate this “fake” marriage of convenience for them both to get everything they want .

This is one of the best marriage of conveniences I have ever read !! I have been so beyond ready to read Spencer’s book and it did not disappoint !! Spencer is completely different from the rest of the Nash brother’s in the best way possible . He may be a star football player but he is 100% a nerd . But even with him being the “nerdy man out” of his brother’s they all have a bond that could never be broken which is incredible . Gracie is so secure in what she wants which means she knows what she wants and she goes after it . Which is exactly the complimentary push that Spencer needs when it comes to relationships - ugh truly so good ! Amazing world building, fantastic characters who are new to this series, returning characters from previous works and lots of “my wife” followed by a dirty mouth .. SWOON ! I can’t wait to see what Mr. Asher Nash is going to bring to the table next !!

This is book two in the Nash Brother’s series and it can be read as a complete stand alone .

This book was given to me for honest review by Valentine PR + Literary Management .

ARC Review ✨️

☆Spencer and Grace☆

This story had such a unique twist to the fake marriage trope, and I'm all for it. After waking up after a wild night, Spencer and Grace realize what they've done in a drunken stuper. The banter between them had me giggling and left me completely swooning over Spencer. The author's writing was perfect! She combined so many of my favorite tropes into one fantastic romance read!

Tropes:
Sports romance
Siblings ex
Set in Vegas
Accidental marriage

Thanks so much to the author and Valentine Pr for the ARC copy!

I don't care that it all turns out okay in the end. It is repugnant how Amelia treated her sister, her family, and the winery. It was never condemned, and she never got put in her place satisfactorily.

Long rant on this book and how it sucks in the spoilers below.

GRACIE'S SISTER AMELIA IS PSYCHOTIC AND EVIL. I truly cannot get over this so I will list some of her crimes
-TRYING TO KILL HER, frankly I don't care that wasn't her intent. Your sister has an allergy and you purposefully put the allergen on her food. So you get to make a speech instead of her???
-Photoshop images of Spencer with people he was not seeing. It feels very revenge porny. Also the other girls, why drag them into to this
-Moving meetings. This puts the entire business Amelia is trying to inherit at risk.
-speaking to the press about Spencer and Gracie. So so so selfish. Literally ruining their lives for what. A massive violation of trust and like family sanctity.

And more.

All this insanity and cruelty, but no worries because Nana sees all????? Hello????? We are supposed to be okay with Gracie's family being okay letting her sister be CRUEL to her for months because there was a bigger lesson to be learned?

NO

The lesson learned here is that Gracie deserves a better family from every perspective.

Why the frick wouldn't her father believe Gracie about it all when she had proof of the first cheating and the manipulation???

Look if someone is making your loved ones life miserable on purpose, stop it from happening.

TLDR: Her sister is evil, her family is complicit in their neutrality, and Gracie deserves better from them all.

I guess the romance was cute and all but the PSYCHOTIC family drama was too distracting for me.

I am loving the Nash Brothers series. This is Spencer's book and boy, what a book it was. I loved the witty banter, angst, and all the steamy moments between Spencer and Grace. This marriage of convenience to the right sister is by far my favorite Nash brother book in the series so far.

Tropes:
🏈 Football Romance
🩷 Marriage of Convenience
🏈 Las Vegas Wedding
🩷 Sister’s Ex Fiance
🏈 My Wife

This drunken wedding in Las Vegas may end up working for Grace in the long run. What started with her flying to Vegas and drinking way too much tequila after having a food allergy and taking way too much benadryl led to Grace waking up in a hotel room next to her sisters ex fiancé with a hangover not knowing how they got there.

Grace is a very ambitious woman and wants to take over her family's winery. After finding out her grandmother added a secret claus to her Will led Grace to Vegas. This marriage may end up working out for the best in the long run.

Grace and Spencer both deserved a HEA in this book. It was clear to see that Spencer chose the wrong sister (Amelia) the first time around. Grace is the strong, good sister who goes after what she wants. And she may just want Spencer, just as much as she wants her family's winery.

I can't wait for Aiden's book next. I'm dying to see what woman will get him going. He seems like quite the character, and I love his personality.
