Very spicy, some good parts but unfortunately for me, just a really unlikable MMC and ultimately fell flat.

Hot for Dr.

Ashley and Cameron met in Vegas and pretend that they are married, had a very hot weekend together. He promised to call but lost his phone. Five years later she moves to LA for an internship under a hot cardiologist unbeknownst to her it's the man from Vegas. They never exchanged names back then, so she didn't know who he was.
Their chemistry was still their, but she still had a surprise for him. They have to work through trust issues and the surprises that are thrown their way.
Dr. Stanton is one hot book and they go through so much to be together.

Soooooo.......
I did like this book, but.....there was just one thing I would have changed....I did not like that she waited sooooooo long and kept putting it off that she had a son....HIS SON! I mean, she was a dedicated, good mom, yet she was being selfish and wanted him to get to know her first before she told him she had a son?? I mean, being a mom is part of who you are! Well at least that is my opinion! Other then that, I lovedddddddddd the book! I was literally LMFAO

I was dying guys, quite literally, of laughter! My co-workers, yes you read that right, it was so good I could not put it down, I had to see what happened next, so anyways my co-workers would look at me and ask was I ok?!!! hahahahaha
The whitty banter between them was pretty great! I love a book with witty banter between the hero and heroine! it just adds more to the characters and I love it!
Now, the SEX......well that was just

The only reason I’m not giving this a 5 stars is because the fmc anxiety made my anxiety go up

Don’t know why I even bothered. I really dislike the men written by this author, but this looked promising. The fmc is such a pushover, she’ll act like she’s strong-willed when she’s everything but that. The mmc is just rude, annoying and arrogant. He’s so fickle it’s aggravating.

Let's start with the good...

Holy hotness this book was hot...the dirty talk was on fire...the story itself actually had meat to it which is what kept me interested. I enjoyed the heck out of the authors writing style since it's a new to me author. I loved the length of the book...I enjoyed their relationship for the most part

What I didn't like....

Even though our H was a smooth dirty talking sexy dr..he was a jerk who seriously seemed to have the mindset of a spoiled toddler( and since I have one of my own this killed things for me) although he was possessive and all grisly alpha at times I could take him seriously because of his actions. I also wasn't feeling the Love.

I also felt like there were plot holes. There would be something thrown out and then it was never really developed for me. It left me hanging in the worst way.

Overall...

I actually enjoyed it and couldn't put it down because I had to find out what happens I will definitely read more from this author. This was a ...

3.5 stars for me
