This was my least favorite of the series so far. I prefer the books where the mystery has more of an impact on the town, and the only impact I can see comes at the very end of the book. I feel like the ending was so abrupt with the last second revelation as well. I was more shocked that my audiobook had ended than I was by the end of the book! The mystery was ok, it was another one where someone from out of town is killed so most of the suspects are new characters. This is my preference, but I like the books where it is someone from Lake Eden who dies because I feel like we get to lean more about the town and its residents more.

Hannah always is entertaining. The Mike/Norman conflict is getting boring. I appreciate this series and will continue to read them till the series ends but here really hasn’t been much character development.

I want to start by saying, I love having the recipes but I would really love it if they were all together at the end of the book.
I did enjoy reading this, its a quick read really.  And I feel that these stories are getting shorter but filled with a lot of recipes to make the books seem longer.
I am still put-off by the dialogue. And really, who drinks that much coffee a day (yes, I will probably make that comment on every review for this series!)
I feel like Andrea is a simple headed woman, I don't know how else to describe her.
