The author did a great job taking a character who you really despise in the first book and loving her and rooting for her in the sceond! Very fun, loved the 2 books!

This book is the follow up to Something Borrowed - but this time you get to hear the other girl's side of the story. Told from the perspective of Darcy, the girl whose best friend sleeps with her fiance, you definitely open your eyes a bit more and are reminded that "there are always two sides to every story."
Although I grew to like Darcy a bit more, I still think that she probably got what she deserved. The end of this book is a bit too perfect - with everything nicely tied up and everyone living happily ever after. But its still an entertaining book and one that you will speed through in a few days.

Though Darcy is the most INSUFFERABLE narrator, I genuinely enjoyed a book written in her perspective. Her round characterization was used perfectly to demonstrate her transformation. Though she was used as a plot device in the first book to motivate Dex and Rachel to fall in love, her characterization is this book is complex and interesting. Rachel being the foil to Darcy makes the way both books written to make complete sense. I loved the way her story with Ethan evolved. I didn’t think I would enjoy this book as much as I did.

Good. Predictable yet comforting like an old sweater. Did the audio book and the narrators whiny Darcy voice almost did me in, but thankfully the character evolves and it stops being as much of an issue halfway through.

While I thought I would always hate Darcy and her childish, impulsive ways. Well, it was more of a love, hate relationship. Her character really matured in this book and I genuinely began cheering for her in the end. Good book!

I ADORED this novel! Gosh I hope they intend to turn it into a movie one day as well.

I accidentally read this novel prior to reading Something Borrowed, which I wouldn't advise but in the end it didn't make too much of a difference. Darcy isn't a character I loved instantly, but she wrapped me around her finger and I adore her and how vibrant and full of life she is! It is a perfect sequel.

Loved this book even more second read :)
