LOVED IT!! The worst part of the book was when i reached the end! I didn't want to stop reading! I loved going back in time to witness Luce and Daniel's story! I loved Lauren did an amazing job of describing the time and place and also showing us the pain Daniel went through. I can also say that I understand Cam a little better.I never disliked Cam and now i understand why he is the way he is. I'm glad we got to the core of it. I cannot wait for Rapture to come out!

✨✨✨

This book is honestly the best in the series so far, not to mention its absolutely beautiful cover!

I really enjoyed exploring Luce's past lives and seeing parts of the story from Daniel's point of view! I think the book had a great ending, and I can't wait to read the next one!!

FINALLY SOME SOLID INFO!! I felt like the last book was just nonsense and filler but this one was great! I enjoyed looking at all the past lives of Luce and it was nice getting a glimpse into the curse. I think this last book will be amazing!!!

I still think the first one was the best. I just didnt find this one as exciting. I found it even a little boring in some parts.

I always enjoy reading the books in the Fallen series. Passion is no different. It was a really engrossing read with characters that I’ve loved since the beginning.

In this book, Luce goes searching in her past lives to find a way to help her present life, to find a way that she and Daniel can be together forever. In each past life that she visits, she observes the romances between herself and Daniel, and she sees just how deeply his love for her goes. As Daniel and the other fallen angel’s chase her through time, it’s up to Luce to find a way for their love to last.

I have to say, Luce drove me a little crazy in this book. How much proof did she need that Daniel loved her? The further back in history Luce went, the more she could see how strong Daniel’s love for her was. She never should have doubted him that. (However, we wouldn’t have had this book if that was the case.) Daniel, in all his lives, was so wonderfully charming and romantic. I could definitely feel his frustration as he chased Luce through time.

I really enjoyed the back-history in this story. Not only getting to see Luce and Daniel’s previous lives, but we also get a little history on some of the other fallen angel’s as well; Roland, Cam, Gabbe, etc. It was really great to see parts of their history as well.

Overall, I really enjoyed all of the characters and the history that was included in this novel. I love this series, and can’t wait to get my hands on the next book; Rapture!

GoodReads Synopsis: Luce would die for Daniel.

And she has. Over and over again. Throughout time, Luce and Daniel have found each other, only to be painfully torn apart: Luce dead, Daniel left broken and alone. But perhaps it doesn’t need to be that way. . .

Luce is certain that something—or someone—in a past life can help her in her present one. So she begins the most important journey of this lifetime . . . going back eternities to witness firsthand her romances with Daniel . . . and finally unlock the key to making their love last.

Cam and the legions of angels and Outcasts are desperate to catch Luce, but none are as frantic as Daniel. He chases Luce through their shared pasts, terrified of what might happen if she rewrites history.

Because their romance for the ages could go up in flames . . . forever.

My Thoughts: This was not a favorite book of mine. The whole point was for Luce to get a better understanding of “the curse”. I believe this could have been accomplished without a whole book dedicated to just that. I found the whole traveling back through time and watching herself die over and over again very tedious. We also spent some time with Daniel, reliving some of his time in between Luce’s lives, and actually learned a lot more about the curse through him.

The other purpose of this book was to set up the “final conflict” that will be fought in the fourth and last book, “Rapture”. Prior to this installment, we assumed that the series was going to focused on breaking the curse that keeps killing Luce. While that is still important, it has become secondary to a much grander scheme Lucifer has revealed.

After this book, I am anxious to get back to the “present” and see what Luce, Daniel, the Outcasts and the Nephilim will be faced with and if the curse will be broken for once and for all.

Every single lifetime, I'll choose you. Just as you have chosen me. Forever.’

Breathtaking.

I almost have no words, to describe how I am feeling about this book, this series. I didn’t think that it was possible to fall in love with these books even more. I was wrong, I have fallen in love more than I was. I feel like every book and I fall a bit more in love with this magical story. PASSION wasn’t any different. I loved it from beginning to the end and afterwards found myself thinking about the story for hours after. Not only that, but I wished that I had the next book in series, to find out what would happen next. It’s one of those series that I wished I read when I first started hearing about it. Now I know why so many were talking about. It’s magical, thrilling love story. I don’t think that I have read a love story quite like this one. Not that I know off. I wondered if maybe Luce could find a way to stop their curse, to keep herself from dying every time. At same time, I wonder if there danger for her traveling that way and possibility of changing past and if that would mess things up for her and Daniel.

Of course I loved fact that one of her travels took place in Russia, considering that I am from there. It was easier for me to picture the location. From moment that I read FALLEN I loved the realthionship between Daniel and Luce, despite how tragically it seemed to end for both of them each other. It was love. I did not realize how much both of them had gone through, not until Luce’s travel. How much of Luce’s death , Daniel had seen, how many times he had to mourn her death. I don’t know how he managed to handle it all this time. I feel like I wouldn’t been able to if I were in his situation, I wouldn’t be able to handle that much pain. What Luce and Daniel have is meaning of true love. I am hoping that the two of them would be able to find how to get past, because honestly I am not sure how much of it Daniel can handle until he had enough. There is so much one person can handle, even an angel. I am rooting for both of them. I hope that they can find their happiness soon.

LAUREN KATE had taken my breath away, by another astonishing addition to the Fallen Series and I cannot wait how it all ends, what other challenges and adventures everyone will face. Especially Luce and Daniel. I will highly recommend this series to any fantasy and romance lovers. You won’t put it down. A must read.
