OMG one of the stupidest and most boring books around! Read it only as an act of masochism!

I have to admit this one was the most interesting so far, although it's still not all that great. A lot of it was predictable and toward the end I felt like it was trying too hard. It only kept me reading because it was interesting to see Luce's past lives, BUT if anyone takes the time to look at Luce and Daniel's relationship at all you will see their love is pointless with nothing real to it.
What they have is not love, it's infatuation and lust. Daniel "loved" Luce because he was some stalker in heaven. He had never been to Earth before and only liked her because of watching her, which I suppose is fine if you believe in love at first sight, but Luce has no excuse. She loves Daniel because of the fact he "loves" her and he's physically gorgeous. Does she bother trying to learn what he likes? No. All she cares about is that he likes her, because screw the rest of compatibility. Why have that when you can have have steamy make out sessions with a hot guy, right? GAG ME!
I'm still wondering when they will start using their brains. They make so many stupid decisions.
I don't know if anyone else noticed, but there were some lapses with Luce's costume changes too. Details matter.
I anticipate disappointment because I want Luce to be with Miles.

Oh so frustrating... we learn nothing in this book except for Satan is evil (duh) and that Luce and Daniel have been going through this curse for a long time (also duh).

Now we follow Luce as she throws a tantrum into an Announcer and disappears into her past lives to find a way to learn about her and Daniels relationship....only she doesn't really find anything out and gets tricked along the way (go figure...she lacks common sense) and all this book does is lead up to the last 5 pages where a real plot changer happens...then the book ends and you have to wait.

Filler?...definitely. Storyline?...ok. will I read the next one?...probably, because I want my happily ever after...eventually.

I continue to read these because now i have to find out how it ends. It's still frustrating and I'm irritated that I can't just stop because they are the most pointless, rambling, repetitive pieces of fiction.

Very good book, the 3rd in the series 'Fallen' and has a fair few action based chapters.
adventurous dark emotional mysterious tense fast-paced
Plot or Character Driven: A mix
Strong character development: N/A
Loveable characters: Complicated
Diverse cast of characters: No
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

I put this book aside for a while and finally got around to finishing it. I like the concept of the story, but it just doesn't reach its potential.

3 stars.

LOVE IT!!!!!!!
