Love the story.
Did not expect the plot twist.
The author was leaving some hints and for a moment I thought I had Dean all figured out and then *boom* mind blowing. Not only does she blew my mind away once but comes again and does it again.
At the end of the story, for a moment there, I thought she would leave my heart broken, but the ending was amazing.
Ready to dive into Scandalous.

Dean "Ruckus" Cole is quite the mess. His and Rosie's story is a sad one. With her illness and his family secrets tearing him apart they need each other. He has so many demons to work through and she has her family not believing in her ability to live her life. He isn't quite the jerk he makes himself out to be and I'm glad they gave each other the chance!
DNF at 35%. Didn’t keep my attention. Felt flat for me.
What makes you feel alive?
This story hurt me in the best way!! Dean and Rosie's love is like no other and shines brighter than the stars in the sky. I almost didn't read this book after reading BK first but I'm so so happy I did!!!! It's a hauntingly beautiful love story that will stay with me for a long time!!!

okay, i’ll give it 5 stars BUT i was a bit dissapointed by the end. i was propared that rosie would die and idk I’m just not a fan of “they lived happily ever after” you know.. she was really sick and it would make sense if she died, but anyways
dean >>>>> vicious
dean >>>>> vicious
i didn’t really like the beginning. rosie was looking ungrateful and dean was kinda weird with his d*ck talk. um…. weirdo
but when they were talking about their future... especially when i know the ending cause of knight's book? nah the author needs to pay.

DEAN IS LITERALLY ONE OF THE CUTEST BOOK BOYFRIEND AAAHHHHH.

I got a little scared there for a second.....
You know what I mean...
Okay. Now for real. I was expecting more. Truly I liked this book, but it just felt a little flat for me. And it could have been so much shorter. It dragged on and on and I was losing interest. This book just wasn't anything special, it was a basic romance novel.
Rosie was a cute character. I like the way her chapters started because it gave you a taste of how the chapter was gonna be like. She was really selfless and humble and loving but it sometimes came across as boring to read about. I don't really have a lot to say about Rosie, she was okay, but she also wasn't that memorable.
Dean is just like I always say, an asshole like the other guys, but in this book it bothered me more than in the previous ones. I really didn’t like how posessive he was. It was really over line in some scenes. And the way he coped with his problems was so not okay. He used Rosie and it was bad. He also had so many wake up calls to stop with his addiction but even when shit got really bad with Rosie he got shitfaced anyway.
There are things I liked about him too. I liked how he fought for their relationship and I liked how he was always straight forward with Rose. He told her exactly how he felt and tried to communicate. And he was hot. So that's always a plus.
Their romance was okay too. I mean it didn’t knock me out of the park but I felt the tension and the love so it got it's message across.
The ending was interesting.... I actually think I would have prefered the other way it could have ended. The epilogue was really cute and all and it teased the reader for a bit, but I would have liked the riskier ending more. It would just be so much more realistic and impactful and hearthitting.
I am gonna read Scandalous because I like the premise but I'm not really interested in Bane. But who knows what's gonna happen.
